Warranty

Your Selkiedesigns amber teething jewellery comes with a 6 month limited manufacturing warranty.  Please ensure that you retain your original receipt as proof of purchase and ensure that you use and care for your jewellery in accordance with the ‘Care and Use Instructions’ provided on our website and accompanying your jewellery, in order for your limited warranty to be valid.  

If your jewellery breaks within 6 months from the date of purchase, Selkiedesigns will repair it free of charge. 

For any repairs outside of the 6 month warranty period, Selkiedesigns will charge from $15.00 for a 34cm necklace. Missing beads or damaged clasp with incur a further charge.

All photographs of products for sale on this website are representational images only, unless otherwise specified. Selkiedesigns takes care to make the products as close to the representational image as possible, but as natural materials are used it is impossible to exactly replicate the images on the website.

Refunds

will not be given except under special circumstances.

Exchanges

are welcome under the following circumstances:

Customer wishes to exchange the colour, length or design of an item.

Please make contact prior to returning items. Items must be unworn and undamaged and in new condition as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all packaging and any product labelling/information they arrived with.

Postage of original item back to Selkiedesigns and then the new item’s postage back to the customer is the responsibility of the customer and to be paid prior to the new item being sent.

Any extra costs or difference in price associated with changing lengths, colours or designs are the customers responsibility and need to be payed before the new item is sent.

New items won’t be sent until the original item is received back safely by Selkiedesigns.

Lost and Damaged items

Selkiedesigns will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Selkiedesigns takes the utmost care to safely package all items before sending. Once items are lodged with Australia Post, they are out of our control. Insured postage is offered in checkout and strongly recommended.   Have we sent you the wrong item?   Oops, sorry! We here at Selkiedesigns are only human (despite the ethereal beauty of our jewellery) and sometimes we make mistakes. Please make contact prior to returning item.

All postage costs will be the responsibility of Selkiedesigns.

The customer will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the mistaken item back to Selkiedesigns provided the customer follows Selkiedesigns instructions on re-packaging and posting the item and the postage receipt is included in the parcel with the returned item and the item is received back in the same new condition it was sent in.

The correct item will be sent by express postage as soon as the mistaken item is received back.
